Jerome is one of the highly-rated recruits for the upcoming 2015 recruiting cycle. In an interview with All-Out Blitz, when asked about his best attribute Baker said “my speed, it separates me from the rest.” Jerome has plenty of scholarship offers from the likes of Florida, Georgia, Penn State, Ohio State, and a slew of others.

“It feels amazing to have all of these schools that want me to play for them.” When asked about which scholarship offer surprised him the most he replied, “Georgia, because it is the SEC and they are a top team.”

He recently took a visit to Penn State and mentioned what he enjoyed about the visit, “Meeting the people, it is a family oriented community, PSU was great”.

Baker plays RB/LB at Benedictine and some recruiting sites have him listed as an Athlete.  Baker said “more suited for Linebacker, I have played it my whole life, and I know the little things for the position.” Baker’s goals for the upcoming season include helping his team win a State title, whether he scores 30 touchdowns or zero.
