The D-I schools listed above are just a few names that are sitting on Sweat’s list of colleges that he’s received offers from, according to Y! Sports and 247 Sports. In fact, he’s received offers from over 50 schools and is the nation’s top defensive end (in the class of 2015). The uncommitted incoming senior has a very busy summer ahead of him, and has already had unofficial visits to Tennessee, Georgia and Ohio State.
His freakish build (6’5″/236), coupled with blazing speed, easily puts him at No. 1 on the list of class of ’15 defensive ends. With a 4.5 40-yard dash time, Sweat has running back speed and defensive end size. This makes him a hot commodity for college recruiters all over the nation, and he still has one more season to impress scouts.
