Jacoby Brissett Set to Make Another Start for Patriots

For the New England Patriots, this will be the final game before the return of the suspended Tom Brady.

And with an ailing Jimmy Garoppolo, who’s been named as inactive for today’s match-up with AFC East rival Buffalo, third-string rookie quarterback Jacoby Brissett will be making his second career start.

Brissett, 23, is a third-round pick out of NC State. He helped lead the Patriots to a 27-0 shutout of the Houston Texans last Thursday night, tossing for 103 yards on 11-of-19 passing, adding another 48 yards and a touchdown on the ground.
